Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at krafting.cube@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back. 

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages During Shipping & Other Issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

If the returned item is not in its original condition, appears used, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

Proof for Damaged Items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Return Refusals

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to su muy your refine request, once approved, purchase the new item while you wait for your refund.

Once we accept your return request, you can send the item you have, once we receive, inspect and refund, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
